Promoting a culture of integrity
Our Code of Ethics (the "Code") promotes a culture of integrity to ensure that our business practices comply with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards. The current version was adopted on 1st October 2022.
- The Code sets out our commitments in terms of ethics and compliance in accordance with national and international regulations, and provides Ingenico and all our affiliates and subsidiaries a set of common business integrity principles.
- All employees and representatives are expected to act with integrity at all times, and to abide by internal and external standards.
- The Code is the foundation of our company culture, and all our employees and representatives must comply with the Code.
Clear rules to grant mutual respect
The Code establishes standards and behaviours applicable to our employees and business partners with whom we work (especially suppliers and subcontractors).
- Requires that our business is conducted lawfully and with integrity.
- Constitutes a guarantee of minimum rights for all employees.
- Promotes a common corporate culture for the benefit of shareholders, employees and third parties.
