Floris de Kort
Chief Executive Officer
Floris was appointed as Ingenico’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as a Member of the Supervisory Board in November 2025.
With over 25 years of experience in finance, technology, software, and services, Floris has a proven track record of leading and scaling high-growth, high-change organizations, both public and private. He brings a wealth of experience in enabling innovation and transformation through setting strategic direction, creating organization-wide alignment, building high performance teams, and embedding the right structures and controls. His mission is to drive innovation in the global payments industry, while delivering great outcomes for customers, colleagues, and shareholders.
Floris previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Global eCommerce at Worldpay, where he led a significant transformation culminating in a highly successful IPO in 2015. Following that, he served as CEO of Worldpay US up to its merger with Vantiv. In 2019, he became CEO of Xplor Technologies, a global leader in software with embedded payments. Most recently, Floris served as CEO of Thunes, a fast-growing cross-border payments network.
Jo Bennett
Chief Financial Officer
Jo Bennett was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ingenico in September 2025. With over 20 years of financial leadership, Jo brings extensive experience in value creation and financial and operational transformation to the company.
Jo was most recently Chief Financial Officer at McCarthy Stone, the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities. Prior to this, she was Chief Business Officer at Pizza Express where she was responsible for Finance, Legal, IT, Property, the value creation plan, business transformation and supply chain. Previously, Jo was Group CFO of Hilding Anders Group, a global bed and mattress manufacturer and retailer.
Jo has a strong private equity background having spent time as a Director at KKR Capstone, partnered with the Special Situations team, and a member of the Operations team at TPG Capital. Within both KKR Capstone and TPG Capital, Jo's remit was to drive portfolio company value creation throughout the life of the investments.
Jo originally trained as an accountant at EY and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Jo is from the UK and has two children, George and Issy. Jo enjoys being out on the sea and running.
Olga Damiron
Chief People Officer
Olga Damiron was appointed as Ingenico’s Chief People & Culture Officer in April 2026. She leads People & Culture globally, with a focus on building a high-performing organization and advancing talent, leadership, and employee engagement worldwide.
With more than 25 years of experience across B2B and B2B2C, technology-driven industries, Olga has led major growth, transformation, and turnaround initiatives in both private and public company environments.
Olga previously served as Chief People Officer at Algeco Scotsman, based in the US, where she played a key role in preparing the company for IPO. Before that, she was Chief People Officer at ESI Group, where she developed deep expertise in competency mapping, innovative organizational design, and M&A integration through culture transformation. Most recently, Olga was Chief People & Talent Officer at Vantiva (formerly Technicolor), where she led significant transformation programs, including divestitures, acquisitions, and a spin-off, while supporting major governance changes.
Olga is from France and is based at Ingenico’s Paris headquarters.
José Luis Arias
Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa
José Luis Arias has served as Ingenico’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Managing Director since 2019. His primary objective is to sustain and advance Ingenico's growth throughout the EMEA region, which is the company's largest geographical area.
José Luis joined Ingenico in 2010 and brings over 30 years of professional experience in technology, consulting and payments. This includes holding full P&L responsibility for more than 20 years in a wide range of countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
A Spanish national with extensive international experience, José Luis possesses a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University (London) as well as a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid). After living in Spain, the United Kingdom and Brazil, he is currently based in Paris.
José Luis is married, with three children. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, currently studying French. He enjoys travelling and visiting cities, reading history and running.
Anushka Weeratunga
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Anushka Weeratunga was appointed Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific (APAC) in July 2024.
Anushka brings over 20 years of experience in banking, financial services, and payments.
Anushka has a proven track record in driving accelerated business growth, strategic business development, transformational change, and new market entry through the leadership of diverse teams.
Prior to joining Ingenico in 2021 as the Managing Director of the Ingenico Pacific business, Anushka held senior management positions at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) for over 14 years. Before CBA, Anushka worked across institutional funds management, investments, and financial services.
Born in Sri Lanka, Anushka migrated to Australia as a child. Anushka is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales (AGSM), a Graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Senior Fellow of FINSIA. Anushka also holds an undergraduate degree in Science from the University of Sydney. In 2016, Anushka was named the Australian Financial Review’s BOSS Young Executive of the Year.
Anushka is based in Sydney, Australia.
Erik Vlugt
Chief Product Officer
Erik Vlugt is Chief Product Officer at Ingenico, a role he has held since 2023. He is responsible for leading the company’s global product and solutions portfolio. In addition to his product leadership role, Erik served as Interim President for North America during the latter half of 2024.
Erik brings more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry, with a career spanning consumer electronics, global payment technology providers, public transportation systems, and quick service restaurant environments. His background combines product strategy, innovation, R&D, and large scale commercialization across hardware, software, and cloud enabled platforms.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Erik was Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation at HM Electronics, a global provider of communication, audio, and software technologies for the hospitality industry. In this role, he led initiatives that expanded the use of Voice AI to enhance customer interactions in quick service restaurants and applied computer vision technologies to generate traffic flow insights in drive thru environments.
A native of the Netherlands, Erik is based in Atlanta.
Autumn Flora
Chief Marketing Officer
Autumn Flora was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Ingenico in October 2025. She brings nearly 25 years of marketing leadership across fintech, SaaS, payments, and global technology companies in both public and private settings. Throughout her career, Autumn has transformed marketing functions into strategic drivers of growth by strengthening brand positioning, deepening customer engagement, and leading global go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Autumn served as Chief Marketing Officer at Transact Campus, where she led a comprehensive marketing transformation that reshaped the company’s market identity and supported significant growth. For nearly 20 years, she held senior leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, where she built and scaled global marketing teams, advanced customer-focused programs, and contributed to growth across the company’s merchant and biller segments.
Senay Gurel
General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer
Overseeing the legal and compliance functions of Ingenico and extending her expertise globally to teams across multiple regions, Senay Gurel was appointed Ingenico’s General Counsel and General Secretary to the Board in 2023. Leading the Legal & Compliance organization, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet customers’ expectations while fully complying with prevailing legal requirements.
Senay joined Ingenico following a distinguished +18-year career navigating complex legal landscapes and delivering strategic legal counsel across the technology and payments sectors. Her extensive leadership experience includes roles at leading companies including Voodoo and PayPal, where she demonstrated her deep understanding of the legal complexities of these dynamic industries. With Voodoo.io, when appointed Group General Counsel & Company Secretary in 2019, Senay held a key role in shaping the legal framework for the rapidly growing mobile gaming company. Prior to it, at PayPal, Senay was instrumental in fostering the company’s commitment to providing secure and user-friendly financial services to millions of customers worldwide and in shaping regulations of e-money across emerging markets. Senay started her career as an M&A / Private Equity lawyer at Linklaters.
Based in Paris, Senay is a Registered lawyer at the Paris Bar, and is a Magistère & DJCE alumni, both specialized in International Tax and Legal engineering.
Alain Stoessel
Chief Operating Officer
Appointed as Chief Operating Officer in April 2024, Alain Stoessel plays a key role in leading Ingenico's strategic transformation and in accelerating its operational efficiency and global services delivery capability. His responsibilities include driving Ingenico’s transformation program and developing strategies to improve its competitive position and ensure long-term success. Alain also has interim oversight of Ingenico’s Latin America region.
Alain has over 20 years of experience in the global investment sector, holding leadership positions at organizations such as Bain & co, Bain Capital, FCI, Core Equity Holding, Idverde and X-PM Transition Partners. His work as a consultant, senior advisor, operating partner and interim manager has given him extensive knowledge in value creation and transformation planning, especially in private equity owned companies.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IFP School, and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. Alain now spends most of his working time in Paris, where he collaborates closely with Ingenico’s teams to lead the company through its transformation journey.
Alain is married with three young children (ages 9, 7, and 3) who keep him young and busy. Outside of work, he is passionate about home automation and improving energy efficiency, which reflects his professional focus on innovation and sustainability.
