With more than 25 years of experience across fintech, software, data, and services, Floris has a track record of leading and scaling high-growth, high-change companies, privately owned as well as publicly traded. He has led large-scale transformation programs, accelerated innovation, and developed high-performing teams - establishing the structures and controls that deliver for customers, colleagues, and shareholders.
Before Ingenico, Floris was CEO of Worldpay’s Enterprise & Global eCommerce division, as well as CEO of Xplor Technologies, a high growth, global business management software company.
Chief Financial Officer
Jo Bennett is Chief Financial Officer of Ingenico, leading the company's global finance organisation and helping drive sustainable growth, operational performance and value creation.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Jo has built a strong track record of leading transformation, improving business performance and helping organisations navigate periods of growth and change. Her experience spans finance, operations and strategic execution across both private equity-backed and public companies.
Before joining Ingenico, Jo served as CFO of McCarthy Stone and Chief Business Officer at PizzaExpress. Earlier in her career, she held senior operating and investment roles at KKR Capstone and TPG Capital, partnering with portfolio companies to accelerate growth and deliver long-term value.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ieuan Owen is Chief Revenue Officer of Ingenico, leading the company's global commercial organisation and driving growth across markets worldwide. He is responsible for strengthening customer relationships and accelerating commercial execution globally.
Ieuan brings deep experience across payments, fintech and software, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, leading commercial transformation and building high-performing international teams. Throughout his career, he has helped organisations deliver sustainable growth through customer focus, operational excellence and strategic execution.
Before joining Ingenico, Ieuan served as Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Director of Xplor Technologies' Fitness & Wellbeing business. He previously held senior leadership roles in strategy, transformation and corporate development at Xplor and Worldpay.
Chief Marketing Officer
Autumn Flora was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Ingenico in October 2025. She brings nearly 25 years of marketing leadership across fintech, SaaS, payments, and global technology companies in both public and private settings. Throughout her career, Autumn has transformed marketing functions into strategic drivers of growth by strengthening brand positioning, deepening customer engagement, and leading global go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Autumn served as Chief Marketing Officer at Transact Campus, where she led a comprehensive marketing transformation that reshaped the company’s market identity and supported significant growth. For nearly 20 years, she held senior leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, where she built and scaled global marketing teams, advanced customer-focused programs, and contributed to growth across the company’s merchant and biller segments.
Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa
José Luis Arias has served as Ingenico’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Managing Director since 2019. His primary objective is to sustain and advance Ingenico's growth throughout the EMEA region, which is the company's largest geographical area.
José Luis joined Ingenico in 2010 and brings over 30 years of professional experience in technology, consulting and payments. This includes holding full P&L responsibility for more than 20 years in a wide range of countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
A Spanish national with extensive international experience, José Luis possesses a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University (London) as well as a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid). After living in Spain, the United Kingdom and Brazil, he is currently based in Paris.
José Luis is married, with three children. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, currently studying French. He enjoys travelling and visiting cities, reading history and running.
Chief Product Officer
Maria Parpou is Chief Product Officer of Ingenico, leading the company's global product organisation and shaping the strategy and roadmap that drive innovation.
With more than 25 years of experience across payments, banking, ecommerce and consulting, Maria has a strong track record of delivering customer-focused innovation, scaling global product organisations and accelerating growth. She is recognised for building products that solve complex customer challenges while creating long-term business value.
Before joining Ingenico, Maria led Mastercard's global gateway business, serving more than 200 acquiring banks worldwide. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Paysafe and Barclays, helping expand payment platforms, launch new products and drive innovation across global markets.
Chief Technology Officer
Paul Gardiner is Chief Technology Officer of Ingenico, leading the company's technology strategy and engineering organisation. He is responsible for advancing the platforms and capabilities that support Ingenico's products, innovation and growth.
With more than 25 years of experience across software engineering, payments infrastructure and technology transformation, Paul has built and scaled high-performing engineering teams while modernising complex global technology environments. He brings deep expertise in driving innovation at scale and translating technology investment into business impact.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Paul served as Chief Information Technology Officer at NCR Atleos, where he led the company's separation from NCR and the modernisation of its service operations platforms. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology leadership roles across the payments industry.
Chief Delivery Officer
Nichola Bruce is Chief Delivery Officer of Ingenico, leading the company's global delivery organisation and driving execution, transformation and operational excellence across the business.
With more than 20 years of experience across payments, software and financial services, Nichola has led large-scale transformation programmes, business integrations and operating model redesign initiatives. She is recognised for translating strategy into execution while helping organisations scale and improve performance.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Nichola held senior leadership roles at Xplor, Pollinate and Worldpay. Throughout her career, she has led programmes that improved customer outcomes, accelerated growth and supported international expansion.
Chief Customer Excellence Officer
Oliver Moore is Chief Customer Excellence Officer of Ingenico, leading the company's global customer excellence strategy. He is responsible for enhancing customer support, simplifying the customer experience and creating a seamless journey for customers and partners at every stage of their relationship with Ingenico.
With more than 25 years of experience across technology, services and operations, Oliver has built customer-focused organisations that improve service quality, strengthen customer relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes. He is recognised for combining operational excellence with a relentless focus on customer success.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Oliver led Sitecore's global Customer Support and Operations organisation. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Deltek and Colt Technology Services, leading customer, service and transformation teams across international markets.
Chief People Officer
Olga Damiron was appointed as Ingenico’s Chief People & Culture Officer in April 2026. She leads People & Culture globally, with a focus on building a high-performing organization and advancing talent, leadership, and employee engagement worldwide.
With more than 25 years of experience across B2B and B2B2C, technology-driven industries, Olga has led major growth, transformation, and turnaround initiatives in both private and public company environments.
Olga previously served as Chief People Officer at Algeco Scotsman, based in the US, where she played a key role in preparing the company for IPO. Before that, she was Chief People Officer at ESI Group, where she developed deep expertise in competency mapping, innovative organizational design, and M&A integration through culture transformation. Most recently, Olga was Chief People & Talent Officer at Vantiva (formerly Technicolor), where she led significant transformation programs, including divestitures, acquisitions, and a spin-off, while supporting major governance changes.
Olga is from France and is based at Ingenico’s Paris headquarters.
General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer
Overseeing the legal and compliance functions of Ingenico and extending her expertise globally to teams across multiple regions, Senay Gurel was appointed Ingenico’s General Counsel and General Secretary to the Board in 2023. Leading the Legal & Compliance organization, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet customers’ expectations while fully complying with prevailing legal requirements.
Senay joined Ingenico following a distinguished +18-year career navigating complex legal landscapes and delivering strategic legal counsel across the technology and payments sectors. Her extensive leadership experience includes roles at leading companies including Voodoo and PayPal, where she demonstrated her deep understanding of the legal complexities of these dynamic industries. With Voodoo.io, when appointed Group General Counsel & Company Secretary in 2019, Senay held a key role in shaping the legal framework for the rapidly growing mobile gaming company. Prior to it, at PayPal, Senay was instrumental in fostering the company’s commitment to providing secure and user-friendly financial services to millions of customers worldwide and in shaping regulations of e-money across emerging markets. Senay started her career as an M&A / Private Equity lawyer at Linklaters.
Based in Paris, Senay is a Registered lawyer at the Paris Bar, and is a Magistère & DJCE alumni, both specialized in International Tax and Legal engineering.
