  • Gerrard was most recently Chief Executive Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, a US-based global FinTech company operating in the payments space with ~$4 billion of revenues and listed on the New York Stock Exchange
  • Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Gerrard was Chief Executive Officer at DH Corporation, a Canadian FinTech company based in Toronto. Previously, Gerrard held senior roles at Lloyds TSB in London, at CIBC's Retail Bank and World Markets, and at McKinsey & Company
  • Gerrard graduated from the University of Toronto where he earned an MSc in Aerospace Engineering and from the University of the Witwatersrand where he earned a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering

  • Prior to joining Apollo, Rolf was the Chief Executive Officer at SIG, a leading Swiss-based global packaging company with ~€2 billion of revenues and operations in ~70 countries
  • Rolf currently serves as a member of the Board at PactivEvergren, one of the largest manufacturers of fresh food & beverage packaging in North America, with ~$5 billion of revenues and stock listed on the NASDAQ. Rolf is also a director of Reno De Medici, a leading European recycled carton board company and a portfolio company of the Apollo Impact Mission fund, and Ingenico
  • Previously, Rolf was an Investment Director at Syntek Capital and a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger
  • Rolf graduated from Harvard Business School (General Management Program) and ESB Reutlingen and Ecole Superieure de Commerce Reims, France
Anne-France Laclide

Anne-France Laclide

Group CFO

Anne-France is a proven Group CFO with a wealth of experience as a global leader, and is therefore a significant addition to our leadership team in this new chapter of our exciting Ingenico journey.

Anne-France started her career as an auditor with PwC, after which she moved into to the business side of the private sector. Following a number of successful leading financial positions, Anne-France took up the role of Group CFO for Watson in the luxury sector, before transitioning into the optical industry where she began her journey with private equity-backed companies. She spent five years with Idemia and three years with Consolis, where she notably led the transformation of financing processes, debt restructuring and IPO readiness. More recently Anne-France has led the Finance function for RATP Development, the international branch of the RATP group.
