Catherine is also a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairperson of the Audit Committee at KPN, a leading telecommunications and IT provider in the Netherlands
  • Catherine was most recently Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of RATP Group, the number three-ranked global public transportation operator in the world with over 69,000 employees across four continents and 14 countries
  • Previously, Catherine was Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at Rexel Group and Chief Financial Officer at Eutelsat. Catherine also held senior roles at Air France, including Group Chief Financial Officer, and at the French ministry of Economy
  • Catherine graduated from Institut Politiques de Paris in 1989 and from Ecole Nationale d’Administration in 1993

  • Floris was appointed as Ingenico’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as a Member of the Supervisory Board in November 2025.
  • With over 25 years of experience in finance, technology, software, and services, Floris has a proven track record of leading and scaling high-growth, high-change organizations, both public and private. He brings a wealth of experience in enabling innovation and transformation through setting strategic direction, creating organization-wide alignment, building high performance teams, and embedding the right structures and controls. His mission is to drive innovation in the global payments industry, while delivering great outcomes for customers, colleagues, and shareholders.
  • Floris previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Global eCommerce at Worldpay, where he led a significant transformation culminating in a highly successful IPO in 2015. Following that, he served as CEO of Worldpay US up to its merger with Vantiv. In 2019, he became CEO of Xplor Technologies, a global leader in software with embedded payments. Most recently, Floris served as CEO of Thunes, a fast-growing cross-border payments network.

Jon Locke currently serves as Chair of Paratus AMC Limited, a non-bank UK based mortgage lender, owned by Apollo Global Management (‘AGM’). He is an experienced board member having held a number of Board positions in large regulated financial services businesses across European jurisdictions and held several Supervisory Board positions within the banking and financial services groups which he served.

Most recently, Jon was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Management at Ingenico Group, where he led the transformation of the financial organisation and was a key contributor to the Group’s transformation.

Prior to Ingenico, Jon was Chief Risk Officer and board member at Nova KBM, an AGM portfolio company from 2016 to 2021, which was sold to OTP Group. Previously, Jon held senior roles at PwC, and Deloitte where he was a partner.

Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin and Ancient History from the University of Exeter and is based in London.

  • Gerrard was most recently Chief Executive Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, a US-based global FinTech company operating in the payments space with ~$4 billion of revenues and listed on the New York Stock Exchange
  • Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Gerrard was Chief Executive Officer at DH Corporation, a Canadian FinTech company based in Toronto. Previously, Gerrard held senior roles at Lloyds TSB in London, at CIBC's Retail Bank and World Markets, and at McKinsey & Company
  • Gerrard graduated from the University of Toronto where he earned an MSc in Aerospace Engineering and from the University of the Witwatersrand where he earned a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering

  • Laurence currently serves as a member of the Board at Ipsos, a global leader in market research and public opinion polls, listed on the Euronext Paris Stock Exchange since 2002. Laurence is also a director of Oneworld (a Chinese fund investing in big data and marketing platforms in China) and Tivian (a Norwegian company developing employee and customer experience management software)
  • Laurence joined Ipsos as the Group Chief Financial Officer in 1998 to prepare its IPO and then was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, a position she held until September 2022
  • Previously, Laurence was the Head of Treasury, Financing and Investor Relations at Metaleurop and an Audit and Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen
  • Laurence obtained an MBA from ESCP Business School (Banking and Finance) and also holds a postgraduate diploma in accounting

  • Alex joined Apollo in New York in 2010 and since 2021 has been based in London, overseeing the firm’s efforts in various sectors in Europe, including Consumer, Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, and Transportation and Logistics.  
  • Alex has been involved in various private equity transactions including EVRi, The Restaurant Group, The Travel Corporation, Ingenico, Great Canadian Gaming, The Venetian, Hilton Grand Vacations, Diamond Resorts, Constellis, Caesars Entertainment, Aliante Casino, and Quality Distribution. Alex currently serves as a director of EVRi, The Restaurant Group, The Travel Corporation, Ingenico, Great Canadian Gaming and One Toronto Gaming.
  • Prior to joining Apollo, Alex was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsor Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank. Alex graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a dual BSE degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

  • Since joining Apollo, Yulia had been involved in various private equity transactions, including NKBM, Abanka, Gamenet, Lottomatica and Ingenico
  • Yulia also serves as a director of Lottomatica (an Italian gaming company) and Summit Leasing Slovenia (HoldCo)
  • Prior to joining Apollo, Yulia was with Citigroup in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division in New York and London, focusing on financial technology and payments
  • Yulia graduated with a MSc in Finance and Asset Management from Brandeis International Business School and with a First-Class Honours BSc from London School of Economics

  • Prior to joining Apollo, Chris was a Managing Director in the Portfolio Operations team at Centerbridge Partners LP in both New York and London
  • Previously, Chris held various strategy and operations roles at Doughty Hanson & Co Private Equity and Dixons Retail Group, as well as consulting roles at Accenture and CapGemini
  • Chris graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Aided Product Design and completed the Corporate Finance for Executives programme at London Business School
