Through the portal, customers can manage support requests in one place, follow the status of incidents and service requests in real time, and access support resources whenever needed.
Who is this portal for?
Eligible and onboarded customers can raise tickets directly with support teams. The rollout is being introduced progressively.
Merchant support
This portal is not intended for merchants. If you are a merchant and need support, please contact your usual provider, including your bank, VAD, ISO, acquirer, or other contractual partner.
