As a manufacturer, Ingenico must:
- Ensure products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the accessibility requirements set by the directive, as outlined in harmonized standard EN 301 549
- Prepare the Technical Documentation and carry out the conformity assessment
- Issue an EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and affix the CE marking
- Keep the Technical Documentation and EU DoC for 5 years after the product’s market launch
- Maintain procedures to ensure continued compliance of series production, including adapting to changes in product design, standards, or technical specifications
