Yes, with Ingenico SoftPOS also known Tap to Pay, after a transaction is successfully processed - whether approved or declined - you can provide your customers with receipts. You can send the receipt via email or SMS, generate a QR code for the customer to scan with their mobile phone, or connect to a receipt printer for a physical copy. Ingenico Tap to Pay only use your customers' contact details to send the receipt, and these details are not stored.
