Ingenico terminals with camera functionality can support both types of QR code transactions. They allow the merchant to scan a QR code from the customer's smartphone, as well as display a QR code on the terminal screen for the customer to scan using their mobile device. For Ingenico terminals without a camera, only customer-initiated scanning is supported, where the customer scans the QR code displayed on the terminal screen. This flexibility enables businesses to offer seamless QR code payment options, enhancing convenience and payment options for their customers.
