Students in Suppiah’s project management course played an active role in shaping the Ingenico Fintech Hub. In 2025, a student team, including several participants who have since joined Ingenico, presented concepts to Ingenico’s leadership. Many of their recommendations were incorporated into the final design.
The KSU partnership is one of several university collaborations supporting Ingenico's global talent strategy. Across North America, Europe and Asia, the company works with leading academic institutions to help students gain practical experience while building a strong pipeline of future engineers, technologists and fintech specialists.
In the Asia-Pacific region, Ingenico collaborates with Maynooth International Engineering College (MIEC), Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. China through a program that has supported 19 internships to date.
Similarly, in Europe, Ingenico's partnership with the Université Grenoble Alpes, in Valence, France have provided opportunities for more than 50 students to to gain industry experience and exposure to the fintech sector at Ingenico, in the past three years.
Together, these partnerships are helping Ingenico build a strong and diverse pipeline of future talent while giving students valuable industry experience.
