E-CHECK in the form of a software solution used on any device and in which fiscal functions are implemented through the fiscal server of the controlling body and which is intended for registration of settlement operations during the sale of goods (providing services), transactions involving trade in currency values ​​in cash form and/or registration of the number of goods sold (services provided), transactions accepting cash for further transfer within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On the use of registrars of settlement transactions in the sphere of trade, public food, and services".
