Please ensure you are entering the correct login credentials.
If you're still having trouble logging in, try clearing the app's cache:
- Open the Settings on your device.
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Find and select Ingenico SoftPOS from the list of installed apps.
- Tap on the Storage tab.
- Select Clear Cache (or Clear Storage if necessary).
After clearing the cache, try logging in again. If you're still unable to log in, please reach out to us for assistance.
