LUNDI MATIN Group integrate their solutions with Ingenico’s Android payment terminals

Text

The world of payments is changing at a rapid pace thanks to a wave of technological innovations. One of the most impactful developments has been the Android revolution in smart terminals, allowing them to be integrated with POS software applications.

In response, LUNDI MATIN Group has integrated its solutions with Ingenico’s AXIUM payment terminals. Now, their POS software for the retail and hospitality sectors is optimising processes in shops and restaurants through two applications: RoverCash and AirKitchen.

Omnichannel POS software for retail

RoverCash allows merchants to manage sales and customer collections from anywhere in store using an Android payment terminal, avoiding the need to queue at the till and optimising the shopping experience. The role of the sales assistant moves from simply managing a till point, to becoming a true advisor to the client, offering alternative products and information so they can make the best decision.

RoverCash is already being used in large department stores, such as Galeries Lafayette, who have integrated more than 3000 terminals with the solution. This has enabled them to provide a dedicated service to customers that is highly valued.

In the world of hospitality, AirKitchen provides an integral solution that enables Ingenico's payment terminals to also function as a management tool, optimising processes and sending orders directly to the kitchen, improving efficiency and saving time for waiting staff.

With smart payment terminals, each waiter can split the bill and take payment easily, avoiding tedious waits and facilitating customer loyalty.

Payments for the new world of digital commerce

Ingenico's AXIUM range of payment terminals is made up of several market leading models, including the AXIUM DX8000. Equipped with an Android 10 operating environment, it offers fresh business opportunities through leading-edge apps, such as RoverCash and AirKitchen. It also optimises processes and improves operational efficiency by facilitating digital transformation, all whilst maintaining the highest levels of payment security.
