JC Titus leads global software development teams across 35 locations in 27 countries, delivering payment applications and solutions for banking, acquiring, and retail sectors worldwide. A dual citizen of France and Canada now based in Atlanta, Georgia, JC brings an international perspective to technology leadership, with expertise in agile methodologies, team development, and payment innovation.
Prior to Ingenico, JC spent over a decade at JP Morgan Chase, where he rose to Vice President of Third Party Engagements, overseeing procurement, deployment, and merchant implementation for tier 1 clients including Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and the Government of Canada. He played a key role in launching EMV and contactless payment technologies across North America, designing UI/UX flows and participating in industry forums with Visa, Mastercard, and Interac.
JC is passionate about empowering diverse, globally distributed teams and fostering collaboration between industry and academia through initiatives like Ingenico's partnership with Kennesaw State University's Payments Innovation Lab.
