Ingenico strengthens global leadership team to accelerate product innovation and strengthen customer excellence

Paris, France: 2 September 2026 - Ingenico, the smart technology powering in-person commerce, today announced appointments to its executive leadership team:  Maria Parpou as Chief Product Officer (CPO), Paul Gardiner as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Ieuan Owen as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Oliver Moore as Chief Customer Excellence Officer (CXO). 

These strategic appointments follow Ingenico’s recent announcement of a reset of its capital structure, anchored by a €150 million investment from a PIMCO-led group of global investors. The new capital enables investment in product innovation and customer excellence, and these appointments strengthen Ingenico's ability to execute.

As Chief Product Officer, Maria Parpou will lead Ingenico's global product organisation, shaping product strategy and setting the development roadmap to drive innovation and deliver the best customer outcomes. 

Maria joins Ingenico from Mastercard, where she led the company's global gateway business serving more than 200 acquiring banks worldwide. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions at Paysafe and Barclays, helping scale payment businesses, launch innovative products, and develop customer-centric solutions across financial services, payments, and fintech.  

As Chief Technology Officer, Paul Gardiner will own Ingenico's technology strategy and lead its engineering teams, advancing the technology platform and capabilities that underpin Ingenico’s products, innovation and growth. 

Paul brings more than 25 years of experience spanning software engineering, payments infrastructure and technology transformation. Most recently, as Chief Information Technology Officer of NCR Atleos, he led the company's separation from NCR and the modernisation of its service operations platforms.  

As Chief Revenue Officer, Ieuan Owen will lead Ingenico's global commercial organisation, strengthening customer relationships and accelerating commercial execution worldwide. 

Ieuan brings broad experience across payments and software, with a track record of driving growth, leading commercial transformations and scaling global organisations. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Director of Xplor Technologies' Fitness & Wellbeing business. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles in strategy, transformation, and corporate development, including at Worldpay. 

As Chief Customer Excellence Officer, Oliver Moore will lead Ingenico's efforts to raise the bar on customer support and end-to-end customer excellence globally. He will be responsible for creating a simpler, more seamless experience across every stage of the customer journey and helping make Ingenico easier to work with for customers and partners. 

Oliver brings extensive experience in senior customer and service leadership roles at Colt Technology Services, Deltek and Sitecore, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence across technology and service environments. Most recently, he led Sitecore's global Customer Support and Operations organisation, helping enhance customer experience while improving service performance and operational efficiency at scale. 

Ingenico continues to invest in its flagship AXIUM family of Android devices, alongside Ingenico 360, its unified cloud platform, and its Developer Journey, which enables partners and ISVs to build, certify and launch new payment experiences faster.
